On the general view of the reservation the number of initially inserted guests is displayed.
In case you would need to change the number of guests, for example if one guest within the reservation will not be arriving, go to “dates” to proceed with the change.*
On the “dates” you are able to change the reservation settings, such as stay period, price or the assigned unit.
By clicking on “+change stay” you will be directed to the booking creation display. Initial reservation details are copied on the menu and you can change them if necessary.
Therefore, if you would like to change the number of guests and keep the initial reservation period, just change the number of guests and continue to “search offers” to apply the update to the reservation.
The system scans the calendar to list the available options and the originally booked unit type and rate plan get listed as the first option. It is possible to change the unit type and rate plan in this step if the situation requires. You can do it by unmarking the booked unit type to have other unit types to appear on the list and select the new option.
In the final step you can insert an additional meal, service or fee if necessary and at the bottom of the page double check the tourist tax before applying the change..
*we advise using the “change stay” option for changing the number of guests mostly to update the tourist tax and the meal quantity which are included in the price which directly affects the report
