How to create a booking?

A booking can be created either directly on the calendar or on the reservation list.

By clicking on “+New Booking” you will be able to enter the desired period, number of guests per unit type and the source and the system checks the availability accordingly.

Having checked the availability, the system lists all the available unit types and their rate plans. On the drop down menu next to each unit type you can choose the rate plan and the number of units you wish to book and click on “select”.

The selected option is now visible on the left sidebar in order to double check what you are booking. Before clicking on “continue” you can add other services, meals or fees which are not included in the rate plan and you can also add other reservations within the same booking.

The last step is to insert the booker that can be either a person or a company.

If the guest is already saved in your guest list, you can pull his/her data.

The same principle applies to companies, but you can also insert the VAT number for Croatian companies and the data will get pulled from the court registry.

Before saving the booker you can also insert payment details, routing instructions or notes, and afterwards just continue to “create booking” at the bottom of the page so as to place the booking on the calendar and on the reservation list.
