When you receive an inquiry via email or phone, you can enter it into Rentlio, and use it to create an offer.

In order to create an offer from an inquiry, you need to find the desired inquiry and click on Create offer. A window for creating an offer opens, in which the data from the query - dates and number of people - are listed. In this step, these data can be updated as necessary.

After checking and confirming the data, click on Search offers. A list of units and offers corresponding to the data specified in the previous step opens. After selecting the desired units and price list, on the next step you can add the additional services (meals, additional services and tourist tax) and add new reservations if necessary.

By clicking on Continue, you will get to the overview of the created offer, and in this step it is necessary to mark whether you want the offer to affect availability. If you indicate that the offer affects availability, the availability on the calendar will be reduced by the number of units specified in the offer. In this step, it is possible to add additional offers.

Next, the final step in creating an offer is defining recipient information and choosing how to send or save the offer.

After entering the data of the person or business entity to which the offer refers, contact, other known data and a note, you can download the offer in PDF to send by email or send the recipient a booking link. By clicking on Create offer, the offer opens in PDF format or the recipient is sent a link to the booking engine through which the guest can confirm and complete the reservation.

Created offer will get an ID number and be attached to the inquiry which status will be changed to Processed.

An offer can also be created independently of inquiries through the Offers window. Clicking on the New offer button opens a window for creating an offer, and you need to follow the steps described in this article.

All created offers can be viewed and filtered according to their status. In the list of offers, you can easily see information about each made offer - booker, period of stay, type and number of accommodation units, price and price list, expiration date, status, whether the offer affects availability, the status of the email in which the offer was sent, and the user who is made the offer.

Clicking on an offer opens a window in which we can change the expiration date, change the impact on availability, confirm or cancel the offer, resend, download or view it, enter a note or update the offer.

If the offer is sent to the guest as a link to the booking engine, the guest can see the entire overview of the offer, dates, unit type and prices, but cannot change the dates or unit type. The guest can then proceed with making the reservation through the booking engine and the sent offer. The guest will have to fill in personal and payment information, and when they confirm the reservation, this will be reflected in the status of the offer, which will change to a confirmed reservation. After that, we can review the booking made through the offer. This kind of booking will have a note that it was created from an offer.
