If you are on the dashboard or on the reservation list click on “jump to booking” to open the booking details. On the booking you can click on the “CHECK-IN ALL” or “CHECK-OUT ALL” depending on what you intend to achieve.

In case you would like to make the check-in or check-out for a single reservation, then go on the reservation details and click on “Check-in”/”Check-out”.

Reservations which are checked in will change its status to “IN-HOUSE”, while checked out reservations will also change its status to “CHECKED OUT”.

After having checked the reservation, the next step is to register the guests in the “GUESTS” section.

Guest data can be inserted either manually or you scan the document so the system pulls the data from it and fills in the details.

In order to scan the document it is necessary to click on the button “SCAN ID” so as to open the camera which then transfers the scanned data into guest details.

If a certain guest has already been in the property, it is possible to pull in the data from your guest list.

After filling the data, it is necessary to register the guest to the tourist board. Go to “EVISITOR” button (for Croatian properties), that is “ETURIZEM” (for Slovenian properties) and click on “REGISTER” in order to send the information directly to the interface of the tourist board.*

Guests can be scanned and registered through mobile app, as well.

*since eVisitor and eTurizem receive also the reservation period together with the guest data, it is not necessary to check them out additionally on their interface (however, automatic check-out needs to be set in the property settings on the website)
