When you open a reservation via calendar, you will see a sidebar with the possible options.

1. By clicking on the first icon, you can return to the reservation overview at any time

2. The second icon refers to invoices and allows changing the payment status of the reservation - if the guest has covered all the reservation expenses, you can mark it as paid either in the upper right corner of the reservation overview or by clicking on the invoice icon. All reservations marked as paid will be easily distinguishable on the calendar since they will have a green line on the side.

3. The third icon allows you to access the credit card details

In order to access the details, you will need a PIN code; the instruction of how to set up the PIN code you can find here

4. The fourth icon refers to sent emails via Rentlio. If you have set up templates and would like to check if the guests have received them, you can check it under this section.

5. The next icon stands for online-check in, which allows you to collect guest data before their arrival

6. By clicking on the next icon, you can download the reservation confirmation

The last three icons refer to:

  • Internal notes - important notes and comments to this reservation visible to you and your colleagues

  • Tasks: here you can set up a reminder for a future date, e.g. Pick up the guest at the airport on 20.07.

  • Cancellation: allows you to cancel/delete the reservation from your Rentlio calendar. Please note that OTA reservations can't be deleted from the channel this way, however, the availability will be raised. Therefore, it is very important not to cancel reservations via Rentlio that came from various channels (Booking, Airbnb, Expedia, etc.), but to cancel them directly via channel it came from. Read more in the article about overlapped reservations.

Lastly, you have the option to check-in/-out the guests via calendar in the reservation overview
