How to create a new booking from the mobile app

Before you start

New booking works on one property at a time. If you have several properties selected, the app will ask you to pick one before opening the form.

Step 1: Open the new booking form

There are two ways in:

  1. From the dashboard or calendar — tap the plus button in the bottom right corner and choose New booking.

  2. From the calendar grid — tap an empty cell on the date and unit you want. The app opens the same form with the date, unit and unit type already filled in.

Step 2: Search for availability

The first screen is titled New booking. Fill in:

Field

What to do

Confirmed / Option

Choose Confirmed for a firm booking, or Option for a hold. If you pick Option, set Option is active until.

Day use

Turn on only for a same-day stay without an overnight. Available if day use is enabled for your property.

Arrival / Departure

Tap Choose dates and select the stay period.

Rate

Tap Choose rate and pick the rate plan. Required.

Market segment

Required if your property has market segment set as mandatory.

Sales channel

Required if your property has sales channel set as mandatory.

Adults per unit

Defaults to 2. At least 1 adult is required.

Children per unit

Optional. If you add children, you must select an age for each one (Child 1, Child 2, and so on).

Tap SEARCH.

NOTE

The Search button stays inactive until dates, a rate and at least one adult are set, and until every child has an age.

Step 3: Choose the units

The Offers screen shows every unit type that matches your search, with the price and how many units are free.

  • Use the + / − stepper to add units. Add more than one unit type if the guest is taking several rooms — they all end up in the same booking.

  • Tap a row to expand it if you want to change the price. You can edit Total per unit or Average price per day per unit.

  • Turn on Unavailable offers to see the unit types that aren't available and why.

  • If nothing matches, you'll see No offers available — tap Edit / new search at the top to change dates, rate or guests.

Tap CONTINUE.

Step 4: Add extras (optional)

On the Extras screen you can add:

  • Add meal

  • Add service

  • Add fee

  • Add tourist tax

For each item you pick how it's charged — Daily or One time — and for daily items whether it applies to the Entire stay, a Specific period, or Specific days. You can override the price for meals, services and fees.

If a tourist tax charge is already part of your rate plan, it shows as Included and can't be removed or priced separately.

Tap CONTINUE. You can skip this step entirely.

Step 5: Add the booker

On the Booker screen:

  1. Choose Person or Company.

  2. Tap the Booker field and start typing (at least 3 characters) to search your existing guests or companies. If there's no match, tap New guest: {name} or Add: {name} at the bottom of the list to create a new one.

  3. Tap the arrow next to the booker's name to expand and add e-mail, phone, date of birth and gender. For companies, add VAT ID, country, postal code, e-mail and phone — entering an 11-digit Croatian VAT ID looks the company up automatically.

  4. Optionally add a Reference code, a routing (choose whether the booker pays for accommodation, tourist tax, or both), and a booking note with a category — general, arrival, departure, meals or cleaning.

NOTE

Companies must have a VAT ID and a country. If either is missing you'll get a message telling you to tap the expand arrow next to the company name.

Step 6: Check the basket and create

The bar at the bottom of every step shows the running total and the number of units. Tap it to open the basket, where you can review each reservation, expand it to see the charges, and see the breakdown — accommodation, meals, services, fees and tourist tax.

When everything looks right, tap CREATE. You'll see Booking created successfully and the form closes back to where you started.

If you leave before saving, the app asks Discard booking? — tap Cancel to keep working or Discard to lose the entries.
