An offer lets you send a guest one or more accommodation options with a price and a deadline. The guest can accept it through a bookable link, or you can confirm it yourself when they reply — and it turns into a real reservation.
Step 1: Start a new offer
On the dashboard or the calendar, tap the plus button in the bottom right corner and choose New offer.
If you have several properties selected, pick the one the offer is for.
Step 2: Search availability
The screen is titled New offer. Fill in:
Arrival / Departure — the stay period you're quoting.
Rate — the rate plan to price the offer with.
Market segment and Sales channel — if they're mandatory for your property.
Adults per unit and Children per unit — with an age for every child.
Tap SEARCH.
NOTE
Offers don't have the Confirmed/Option toggle or day use — an offer always has an expiration date instead, which you set on the last step.
Step 3: Add the options the guest can choose from
On the Offers screen, add unit types with the + stepper. Each unit type you add becomes an option the guest can pick from, so add two or three if you want to give them a choice of room categories or price points.
Tap a row to expand it and adjust Total per unit or Average price per day per unit if you're quoting a special price.
Tap CONTINUE.
Step 4: Add extras (optional)
Add meals, services, fees or tourist tax the same way as on a booking, then tap CONTINUE.
Step 5: Fill in the booker and offer settings
On the Booker screen:
Affect availability — leave this on if you want the offer to hold the units while the guest decides. Turn it off if you'd rather keep the rooms sellable.
Booker — choose Person or Company, then search for an existing contact or create a new one. Tap the arrow next to the name to add the e-mail and phone number.
NOTE
If you're sending the offer by e-mail or as a bookable link, the booker must have an e-mail address. The app will tell you if it's missing.
Offer settings:
Field | What to do |
Select language | The language of the PDF and the e-mail — English or Croatian. |
Expiration date | Required. The date the offer stops being valid. It can't be in the past. |
What to do with offer? | Required. Choose one of the three options below. |
Save and download PDF — creates the offer and downloads the PDF to your phone so you can send it however you like.
Send PDF by e-mail — e-mails the PDF to the booker.
Send bookable link — e-mails the guest a link they can use to select an option and confirm the booking themselves.
E-mail (bookable link) — set the Subject (defaults to Offer) and the Message. A default message is filled in for you; edit it as you like. You can also tap Add PDF note to add a note that appears on the PDF.
Optionally add a Reference code and a booking note.
Step 6: Create the offer
Tap CREATE.
If you chose an e-mail option, you'll see Offer sent to {e-mail}.
Otherwise you'll see Offer created successfully, and the PDF downloads if you chose that option.
The offer now appears in your offers list with the status In progress.
