Finding your offers
Open the Reservations tab.
Tap the first filter chip at the top — it says Reservations.
In the Select dialog, choose Offers.
The list now shows offers instead of reservations. Switch back the same way.
NOTE
Reservations that belong to an offer that hasn't been confirmed yet don't appear in the reservations list. You'll find them here, in the offers list.
Filtering and sorting the list
Filter | Options |
Date type | Stay from or Created from — decides which date the range applies to. |
Date range | Defaults to the 1st of this month through the end of next month. |
Unit type | Narrow down to specific unit types. |
Offer status | All, In progress, Confirmed, Cancelled, Expired. |
Use the sort icon in the toolbar to switch between ascending and descending order. The header shows the total, for example Offers: 24.
Reading an offer card
Each card shows the arrival and departure dates with the number of nights, whether the offer affects availability, when it was created, the booker's name, the unit type (or Multiple if the offer has several options), the total price and the price per night, and the rate plan.
The coloured bar on the left and the tag at the bottom tell you the status at a glance:
Status | Tag on the card | Colour |
In progress | Valid until {date} | Yellow |
Confirmed | Confirmed | Green |
Cancelled | Cancelled {date} | Red |
Expired | Expired {date} | Red |
Opening an offer
Tap a card to open the offer details. The header shows OFFER ID: {code}.
Inside you'll find:
Booker — name and contact details
Status banner — the current status and the relevant date
Period, Unit type and Total (with the per-night price)
Offer note — tap Add offer note to leave an internal note, or edit and delete an existing one
Offers — if the guest was given several options, tap the chips to switch between them and see each one's price
Unit details — for each unit: dates, number of adults and children, rate plan, total, price per night and any extras
Affect availability — toggle it while the offer is still in progress
Rentlio Booking Engine — opens the offer as the guest sees it
Download PDF — get the offer PDF again at any time
History — who created the offer, who cancelled it, and when it expired
You can also call, text or e-mail the guest directly from this screen.
Confirming an offer
When the guest accepts:
If the offer has several options, tap the chip for the option the guest chose.
Tap Confirm (or Confirm selected option if there are several).
Confirm the prompt Confirm this offer?
The offer becomes a reservation in your calendar and the status changes to Confirmed.
IF IT WOULD CAUSE AN OVERBOOKING
The app warns you: This will cause an overbooking. Continue anyway? Tap Continue to go ahead or Cancel to stop.
Cancelling an offer
While an offer is in progress you have two choices:
Cancel selected option — removes just one of the options, leaving the rest of the offer live. You'll be asked Cancel this option?
Cancel offer / Cancel offer and all options — cancels everything. You'll be asked Cancel this offer and all its options?
After cancelling, the status changes to Cancelled and the history shows who cancelled it. Offers that pass their expiration date without being confirmed become Expired automatically, and the history shows Cancelled by expiration.
Confirm and cancel are only available while an offer is In progress. Once it's confirmed, cancelled or expired, the action buttons disappear.
Appendix — what is deliberately not covered
These things do not exist in version 3.1.0. They're listed so the published articles don't promise them, and so support knows what to expect if a customer asks.
Not available | Detail |
Editing an offer | The screen exists in the app but has no entry point in this release. An offer can be cancelled and recreated, but not edited. |
Deleting an offer | No delete action. Cancelling is the equivalent. |
Text search on the offers list | The offers list has filters but no free-text search. Text search exists only on the separate Search screen, for reservations. |
A "Sent" offer status | There are only four statuses: In progress, Confirmed, Cancelled, Expired. Sending happens at creation, so an offer stays In progress until it's confirmed, cancelled or expires. |
A copy-link button | The bookable link is e-mailed at creation. Offer details has a Rentlio Booking Engine link that opens the offer, but no copy-to-clipboard action. |
A discount field on offers | There's no discount picker. Price adjustments are made by overriding the total or average nightly price per unit. |
A terms field on offers | Use the PDF note or the e-mail message instead. |
Offers for non-PRO customers | The Reservations/Offers switch is hidden entirely on Rentlio ONE, so those users cannot reach the offers list. |
A NOTE ON TOURIST TAX
The 3.1.0 release also included "Tourist tax is now included in the rate", which applies to Rentlio ONE, not PRO. It isn't covered by these four articles because it isn't a feature users interact with — when a rate plan includes tourist tax, accommodation is stored as the net amount and the total shows a second line with tourist tax added on top. If it needs an article, it should be a short separate one aimed at ONE customers.
