Rentlio Pay is a payment system that enables seamless payment processing and transaction tracking within Rentlio.
The system includes the following payment methods:
Automatic payment and direct payment
Virtual card payment
Send to POS
Pay by Link
How to set up and activate Saferpay
Before activating Rentlio Pay feature, you must first set up Saferpay.
After establishing your partnership with Worldline, log in to the Worldline Saferpay portal. To activate this payment method in Rentlio, you'll need the following credentials:
Terminal ID
Customer ID
API username
API password
You can find all of these credentials on the Worldline portal under Settings in the main menu.
To find your Terminal ID and Customer ID: Select Payment Means & Terminals from the side menu and locate the Customer ID or Terminal ID next to the card icons, as shown below:
To create your API credentials, click JSON API Basic Authentication in the side menu, then click Create new JSON API login in the window that opens.
After clicking on Create new JSON API login, a window will open for you to enter your password (Password).
Be sure to remember this password, as you will need to enter it in Rentlio later.
After you create a JSON API login, a username will be automatically generated.
Once you have all the necessary information, you can enter it in Rentlio Pay settings.
How to set up Rentlio Pay
To activate Rentlio Pay, go to Settings and enter the credentials you received from Saferpay:
Customer ID
Terminal ID
API username
API password
In the Cards section, select which card types you want to accept. Check the box for automatic payments to enable automatic payment based on the payment schedule defined in your cancellation policy.
Next, select the cash register where all automatic charges will be recorded.
In the terminal settings, set and assign names to POS devices.
