First step for connecting your eTurizem account with Rentlio is to enter Integrations from the main menu and then open the Guest registration tab.
Click on the New account button;
New window, like the one below, will be open:
Enter following data:
1. Username - username for accessing the AJPES portal
2. Password - password for accessing the AJPES portal
3. Accomodation number (ID NO/Matični broj) - registration number of the accommodation facility, which you will find on the AJPES website;
4. Guest book initial number (ZST) - number of the guest in the guestbook, ranging from 1 onwards.
If you connect Rentlio and eTurizem during the year, check the last number under which the guest was registered in the guest book and enter the following number in Rentlio. (E.g. if the last guest was registered under the number 64 in Rentlio, enter 65)
5. By clicking on +Add certificate, add the AJPES certificate in .p12 format and enter the certificate password.
This data is entered only once and are used for the initial connection of your Rentlio user account with your eTurizem account. If any of the entered data changes, you can update it the same way.
What if I use multiple eTurizem accounts for the same facility?
You can connect multiple eTurizem accounts to one user account in Rentlio. The procedure is the same, feel free to add additional accounts. When registering guests, select which eTurizem account the registration applies to.
