Notes can be added either on the booking or on the single reservation within a booking. In case you wish to add a note that applies to the entire group, then you add it on the booking details..
If a note applies only to a particular reservation within the booking, then you add it in the reservation details.
Notes can be further distinguished by the type and this eases the communication within your team.
Example:
If a group has requested an early check-in, you choose the “arrival” note type and in this way this information will be visible on the dashboard on the arrival list of that particular day.
If only one reservation within the booking has requested an early check-in, then you insert the note in the same way but on the reservation level.
