How does self check-in work?
From the reservation, you can send a link to the guest's email
The guest fills in the information of all guests from the reservation
Entered data is visible within the guest details in Rentlio
On arrival, do the guest registration in one click
For each email sent to the guest, a record with the sending status will be displayed, so that you have confirmation that the guest has actually received the email.
Also, when the guest fills in the information, you will see a notification and the time of the event.
Open the details of a future reservation, select a language and send the link for the online registration.
With group reservations, you have the option of sending a group email for all reservations, but also an individual email of one reservation within the group.
Automatic link sending in your e-mail templates
Now you can insert an online check in link into your e-mail templates. This way you automatically send the online check in link to the guests before their arrival and eliminate the need for manual sending.
Copy URL link
With one click, copy the link and send it to the guest via any media you prefer, such as Whatsapp, social networks and more.
Note: Since OTA channels do not send the guest's original email, Rentlio will recognize generic email addresses like ivang.919875@guest.booking.com and send a custom link that guests can open in their OTA extranet's inbox.
Filter on the reservation list
On the reservation list you can easily filter the bookings that have or have not been sent the online check-in link. Also, you can select only those reservations for which the guest has or has not filled out the online application.
