In the booking for group reservations, where all individual reservations are listed, the "Routing Instructions" option is available. This feature allows you to move all charges from individual reservation folios to a single folio and issue a group invoice for all transferred items.

How to Add Routing Instructions

1. Accessing Routing Instructions:

  • Go to Booking > Routing > Add New Routing Instructions.

2. Creating Routing instructions for charges:

  • When creating routing instructions, you have several options:

  1. Routing Period:
Choose whether you want the charges to be moved according to the selected instructions only during the current routing or for all future charges (always) on that group reservation.

  2. Accommodation, Services, and Fees:
Select which types of charges you want to move.

  3. Source:
Choose the individual reservations or the entire booking from which you want to transfer the charges.

  4. Destination:
Select the reservation and folio to which you want to move the charges.

  5. Payment Document:
You can predefine the type of invoice that can be issued for that folio.

After Adding Routing Instructions:

Once you’ve added the routing instructions, the selected charges will be moved to the destination reservation and folio. The movement of charges is indicated by a green arrow showing from which reservation and folio the charge was transferred.

This functionality allows for easy management of costs for group reservations, enabling you to issue a group invoice efficiently.
