Discover how to see all your bookings in the fastest way with a filter

You can see all your bookings over a period of time in one place in your mobile app. Use the filters at the top to select the reservations you want by all your criteria. You can filter by selecting specific dates in your calendar, by status, unit type, and sales channel. Also on the reservation screen in the upper right corner, there is a button with which you can sort reservations by date of arrival or date of creation of the reservation.

Each reservation card contains quick actions, which are accessed by sliding a reservation card left /right, quick actions such as: check in/check out, add guest, mark as paid; call, mail, SMS. If the reservation contains a guest note, the internal note or assignment will be displayed on the reservation card (if a comfortable layout of the reservation card is selected). The group booking tab can be expanded by clicking the down arrow to view individual group bookings.


PRO TIP: If you want to make booking reservations easier, with less detail, you can edit them in the list settings by clicking on the horizontal three dots at the far right of the main menu.
