How to easily control all actions on your mobile app

As you enter the Rentlio mobile app, you will first be presented with a home screen, and to help you understand its functions, we provide explanations below.

At the top of the screen is a menu of your objects. You can mark one, more, or all of the objects you want to view.
To the right of the object is a bell icon that takes you to a list of received notifications.
After selecting the object (s) you will select the desired date. There are three ways to do this:

  1. An arrow leading one month in advance or backward

  2. By clicking on the text of the month

  3. By scrolling the date

Reservations are presented in two categories. Below, we explain each of them in detail:

Category 1:
ARRIVALS - the number of checked-in bookings in the small circle indicates the number of
bookings with the selected date of arrival
DEPARTURES - the number of checked-out bookings in the small circle indicates the number
of bookings with the selected departure date
STAY - indicates the number of checked-in bookings that cover the selected date relative to
the total number of units of the selected facility

Category 2:
NEW - View new bookings
MODIFIED - View modified reservations
CANCELLED - View cancelled bookings

Clicking on each category opens a list of bookings in that category

At the very bottom, there is a fill icon that shows your occupancy rate on the selected day.

In addition to the occupancy icon, there is a "+" to guide you to quick actions such as:
• Search by guest name, reservation ID, phone number, internal note
• Bulk editing by unit type
• New reservation
• Scan guest ID
