To save time and reduce the number of clicks when modifying reservations, we’ve introduced a new option that lets you extend, shorten, or move reservations using the right mouse button.
Simply select a reservation on the calendar and right-click to open a pop-up menu, where you can choose the action you want to perform.
Extend reservation
The reservation can be extended either before arrival or after departure. By default, the price from the last day of the original reservation period will be applied. Alternatively, you can enable the toggle to apply the rate shown on the calendar for the selected date. To save changes, click the green check mark.
Extending a reservation will also automatically extend the eVisitor registration for any registered guests.
Shorten reservation
A reservation can be shortened either before or after departure. Reservations with closed folio cannot be shortened.
eVisitor guest registrations are automatically shortened if there are registered guests.
Move reservation
Reservations can be moved by selecting a new arrival date. You can either keep the existing prices or recalculate them based on the calendar. Moving reservations that are in stay or have closed folio is not allowed.
