Meals/services are counted the next day if set to exclude on arrival day and include on departure day.
Otherwise, they are counted on the same day.
Gross Revenue
The total accommodation and service charges included in reservation income (for reservations with the status Confirmed, Tentative, In House, or Checked Out, or on the external folio), including all services, meals, and applicable taxes.

SPIT (Same Point in Time)
Same moment in the previous year.
RNS (Room Nights Sold)
The number of room nights booked for a given day, based on reservations with the status Confirmed, Tentative, In House, or Checked Out.
Occupancy (Average Occupancy Rate)
Number of rooms sold divided by the number of total rooms.
ADR (Average Daily Rate)
Accommodation revenue divided by the Room Nights Sold.
RevPAR (Revenue per Available Room)
Accommodation revenue divided by the number of total rooms.
OTB (On the books)
Includes all bookings of the status Confirmed, Tentative, In House and Checked Out.
Actuals
Includes bookings of the status Checked Out.
