How to manage package deals?

Packages refer to rate plans that include additional services and meals beside the accommodation price.
Unlike rate plans with included additional services in the price, the additional services within the package deals are not included in the price, but added to the variable price of accommodation.


How to set up a package deal?

  1. Set up the rate plan as a package within the rate plan settings

  2. Specify additional services and meals that you want to add to the package besides the accommodation price

  3. Keep a predefined or enter a new price for each service/meal from the package

  4. Keep a predefined or enter a new tax rate for each service/meal from the package



You can manage the package deal via calendar and immediately see which services and meals have been added to the package by hovering over the package deal name.


Please note that the price shown on the calendar refers to the accommodation amount only. When entering a new booking, all additional services from the package will be applied and added to the accommodation price.

A guest who wants to book a package through your booking engine will immediately see the total price of the package, as well as all the services included.
