External folio is used to charge expenses which are not linked to a reservation, for example SPA services, restaurant items, sport or conference hall rental etc.
How to create an external folio?
An external folio can be added within the folio section.
Within an external folio you can add services just as in the reservation folio:
Preset services which have an already fixed prices set in the system
Manual services which are not inserted in the system and their price can be adjusted arbitrarily
Preset meals and fees which you have already created within the application
How to insert services, meals and fees in the settings?
In order to be able to pull the services directly from the application to folios, you need to adjust those items within the service settings. This eases the process of handling folios as you add the charges in a few clicks.
Restaurant software integration
If you are using a restaurant software to handle restaurant charges, you can transfer those charges to external folios within Rentlio. This functionality eases keeping track and charging expenses made in the restaurant without the need to add them manually in the system.
