There are a few reasons we opted for a chat support rater then phone support:
very often we will be sending over screenshots that will provide you with detailed instructions on how to resolve your query, and picture says a thousand words in some cases, right :)

How to get the best response and assistance for your query?
When you have a question or an issue do send over as many details as possible, attaching a screenshot whenever you can.
With enough information it is much easier for us to get to the bottom of the issue and provide resolution ASAP.
For example, in case you have a query about a certain reservation, please do provide the guest name, period of their reservation and the unit the reservation is in ( in case you have multiple units), as with those information at hand we can locate the reservation instantly and focus on providing solution.
