Learn how to manually enter reservations in Rentlio

There are two ways to enter reservation in Rentlio.

For better visibility, we recommend that you enter reservations on the calendar, where it can be done in two ways:

  • by clicking the button Add reservation or Group reservation;

  • by clicking on the field inside the calendar, and by additionally selecting the rate plan according to which you want to enter the reservation

In both cases, a pop-up window opens with options for entering a new reservation, such as dates, guests, price, services and more. If you have activated eVisitor account, you can immediately edit guest details correctly.

Note: once entered, the reservation is not fixed. Everything can be added or updated later by modifying the reservation.

To update or cancel an existing reservation, just select it on the calendar and update it using one of the options provided.

It is important to note that reservations from the OTA channel, received through the channel manager, should not be canceled in Rentlio, but must be canceled on the channel where the reservation was booked. Cancellation of such reservations in Rentlio does not affect the actual cancellation of reservations on the channel, so we do not recommend this action in favor of accurate synchronization of availability and to avoid potential overbookings.
