Residence Tax Settings You will find in the Taxes tab under General Property settings.

Below, click Yes if it should be charged and after that click +Add new period button.

Next, choose the period and the residence tax value:

The first period will be shown below and if You need to edit or delete the label choose the action buttons on the right side. For another, different period with different value simply choose +Add new period button again and set up period and tax value. Make sure that the different period does not overlap.
