All transactions and their statuses are visible on the Rentlio Pay lists. It is possible to view all transactions by payment method: Automatic payment and Pay By Link.
Automatic payment
The pending list contains all automatic payments that have not yet been charged and are awaiting payment. The amount that will be charged and the balance of the reservation are visible.
Clicking on the three dots opens a drop-down menu that offers three options:
Reservation - opening a reservation to which payment is linked
Charge - if you want to make a payment before the defined date
Cancel - cancellation of automatic payment
In the Canceled tab, all canceled automatic payments will be displayed, which can be reactivated and transferred to the pending list by clicking on the three dots.
Failed will show all transactions that were not charged successfully and a button to retry the charge.
All successfully completed payments will be displayed under Successful. The Documents column will show which type of invoice was issued, and the final invoice can be issued directly by clicking the Create Invoice button.
