All your issued invoices can be easily tracked in one place - Invoices list.

Here you can find invoices organised by date, invoice number, billing and folio ID, selected payment method, payment status, and the total amount charged - all displayed in columns that can be sorted according to these items.

Additionally, you can apply a variety of filters that allow you to quickly find invoices with specific parameters. Some of these parameters are invoice type, payment method, issue date, services charged on the invoice, unit type, sales channel associated with the reservation where the invoice is located, etc.

Before exporting, you can filter specific invoices you need for reports.

Exporting Invoices

Before exporting the invoices you need, add filters to exclude invoices that are not required for your report. For example, for a monthly report, add the desired month's period to the Issued At filter.

Before exporting the report, you must first select the invoices. By clicking on Multiselect, checkboxes will appear next to each invoice for selection.

You can select only couple of invoices from the list depending what you need:

Or, all of them by clicking Select all:

Once you have filtered and selected the invoices you want in the report, by clicking "Export" in the top right corner, you will be able to download several types of reports – tax summary, invoice items report, accounting report.

Export grouped items (PDF) generates a single .pdf document containing all the invoices you selected for export. This option is available for exporting a maximum of 30 invoices.

If you want to export more than 30 invoices, you can do so via the Export single items (ZIP).

You will receive an e-mail with a download link for the .zip file with all the previously selected invoices as single items.
