Step by step instructions for disconnecting Agoda from Rentlio

In order to successfully disconnect Agoda from Rentlio channel manager and to be able to manually manage rates and availability through the channel extranet, the following steps are required:

1. In the left vertical menu, choose Settings > Channel Manager

2. Click on the pencil icon in the upper left corner next to active Agoda connection;

3. On the right side you will see a disconnect red button. Clicking on it will permanently deactivate the connection:

When the connection is deactivated in Rentlio, it is still necessary to terminate the active connection with the Channel Manager within your Agoda extranet.

Log in to your Agoda account. In the main menu at the top choose

Rates and Availability > Pricing > mark No in the channel manager field. Don't forget to save changes by clicking Save at the bottom:
