Export of reservations
Access reservation list in the menu on the left side of the app.
Before you export your data, you will have an option to filter the data you wish to extract. By clicking on the "filter" icon, a small window will pop up with various filtering options. For example, you can pick the exact date period from which you want to export information. You can choose to filter only confirmed or cancelled reservations, as well as options (provisional bookings). By scrolling further down you will get an option to filter reservations by sales channel, country, etc.
Once you have filtered out all the preferred data, on the left side you will find an arrow which hides an option to "Export CSV". Click on the arrow and find the dropdown menu.
Note: Prior to exporting your data in CSV format you will have an option to select all reservations from the list, which you can do by clicking on the blue checkbox beside export option dropdown button. Otherwise, you can select to export only reservations of your choosing, by clicking on the checkbox in front of the reservation.
Depending of what data you have filtered out, your CSV should look something like this:
Beside CSV file, you can also export your data in PDF format. Simply click on the Print icon and choose the option to "Save in PDF".
